using iMovie. The website was the website that owned iMovie so it is possible that they were

trying to advertise their product. The website stated that iMovie was simple and easy to use.

Opinions Story

     Social media is very popular in pop culture that is present in today's world. Almost everyone seen walking around the streets uses some kind of computer or mobile device that is able to hold a social media application. Social media can have a very big impact in an individual's self esteem as well as the economy, the welfare of a business and culture. Face to face interactions have been greatly reduced and because of this, 62% of people say that they would like to reduce the use of technology and social media in order to increase face to face interactions between friends and family. While social media can come with some negative connotations, it can better the lives of many people and shed light on new opportunities for many.
     Individuals are now able to get a better education, own businesses and companies due to social media. 67% of people now use social media for customer service reasons. Social media has also increased awareness for big issues and has allowed people to come together over shared issues.
     For example, when the ALS ice bucket challenge was raising money and awareness for people with the disease Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis 220 million dollars were raised through social media. During this event, people would douse themselves in ice cold water and post a video of it on social media or donate one hundred dollars to ALS. For these reasons, I believe that social media is very helpful and a great thing to have today in society
